Mail Delivery May Be Affected By Hurricane Zeta Headed Toward Gulf Coast

Written by Midwest Direct

October 28, 2020 — Areas of the Gulf Coast are bracing for another hurricane, named Zeta, which is expected to bring a dangerous storm surge, damaging winds, and heavy rainfall. Hurricane warnings are in effect along the coastline from central Louisiana to the Mississippi-Alabama border. All drop shipments and operations will be suspended for the New Orleans Plant Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 12:00 PM. We are working closely with the USPS, our transportation companies, and monitoring affected areas.

What To Do:

  • Monitor the USPS Service Alerts for the most up to date information on USPS closures.
  • Bookmark this link and check back frequently for any new updates from Midwest Direct.
  • Contact Mandy Gebbie Clayton, for any additional information.

Stay Updated

Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by Hurricane Zeta.
