Starting May 15, businesses can register for the USPS Reply Mail IMbA™ Promotion, which offers up to a 6% discount for Qualified Business Reply Mail (QBRM) pieces that utilize Intelligent Mail® Barcode Accounting (IMbA). This promotion is an excellent opportunity for companies that rely on reply mail for payments, surveys, or responses to streamline their operations and reduce costs.

What Is the Reply Mail IMbA™ Promotion?

The Reply Mail IMbA Promotion encourages high-volume QBRM users to adopt or continue using USPS’s Intelligent Mail® Barcode Accounting system. IMbA offers mailers increased visibility, automation, and efficiency in how reply mail is tracked and billed.

Key Features

This promotion provides a discount of 3% or 6%, depending on the type of barcode used:

  • 3% for static barcodes
  • 6% for serialized barcodes

Note: This promotion does not allow Add-On discounts like Informed Delivery or Sustainability.
